What our clients are saying…
“We really enjoyed our coffee cupping session! We got to taste and compare coffees from across the world and get a feel for their different characteristics which was fun and challenging.
Meeting Rich was the icing on the cake. He made us feel so welcome and willing to share his knowledge and love of coffee with us. And we loved his coffee barn, such a quirky, cool place. Thanks Rich!”

Our Roasters
We roast on Diedrich and Aillio equipment. Pictured here with our beautiful Diedrich IR-12 roaster.
Latest from the Penny University
Profile & Blend Laboratory
All roast profiles are designed personally by me with the sole intention of unleashing the potential of each and every bean. Each roast cycle is manually and electronically data-logged to ensure repeatability and consistency of quality
Each blend is designated a simple code to guide you to your perfect coffee - b5e5 simply refers to the 50/50 blend of Brazil and Ethiopia single origins, e7v3 denotes a 70/30 mixture of Ethiopia and Vietnam
